The tap in my kitchen has been dripping for months. I called AirJaya on a Thursday morning and they came the next day within the window they gave me. The technician — Irfan — showed me the worn washer before replacing it and explained why the pressure at the sink was lower than at the bathroom. No extra charge for the washer. Our shower drain had been slow for about three weeks. My wife tried the shop-bought drain cleaner twice — no change. AirJaya cleared it in one visit. Pre-1990 Terrace, Chow Kit — Pressure Drop Across Three Floors

The Problem

The homeowner noticed kitchen taps on the upper floor had noticeably less flow than the ground floor bathroom. They had already replaced one tap themselves without improvement.

What Was Done

Technician read inlet pressure at the main valve, then at each floor. A partial blockage in the galvanised pipe rising to the upper floor was identified. Flushing and a connector change restored flow.

Outcome

Upper floor tap flow matched ground floor within the same visit. Total time: 90 minutes. The homeowner mentioned the upper floor bathroom now fills the basin faster than it ever had.

Rental Flat, Bangsar — Basin Replacement During Tenancy Change

The Problem
